The fine print, in plain English

Aplyqk is operated by Naga Jyothi Sundooru, an individual proprietor based in Bangalore, India. The service is provided through aplyqk.com.

These terms govern your use of the Aplyqk service. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Aplyqk is licensed for individual use to apply to your own job opportunities. You may not use Aplyqk to apply on behalf of someone else, run a paid resume-writing service, or operate it for any third party.

You may not use Aplyqk to send spam, harass employers, send misleading information about your qualifications, or engage in any deceptive practice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your profile and resume. We tailor applications based on what you give us — if your resume contains incorrect or misleading information, you are accountable for it.

You must connect your own Gmail account, not someone else's. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aplyqk.

Aplyqk offers a 2-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, your account becomes inactive unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Paid plans are billed weekly in advance. Billing renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard.

When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial weeks.

If you cancel or your subscription expires, your account moves to inactive state. Your profile data, resume, and application history are preserved for 30 days. You can reactivate by subscribing again.

After 30 days of inactivity, we may permanently delete account data. We will send an email warning at least 7 days before deletion.

Aplyqk uses AI models (Claude, Llama, Kimi, Gemini) to tailor your resume and write application emails. The output is generated based on your inputs and may occasionally contain errors, hallucinations, or unintended phrasing.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before any application is sent on your behalf. We provide preview-and-confirm flows for all outbound emails.

Aplyqk is not responsible for misrepresentations or inaccuracies in applications you authorize.

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance via email and the in-app banner.

If a major outage prevents you from using the service, we will credit affected weekly billing periods on a case-by-case basis.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Aplyqk. You may not run automated scrapers against our service. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or anti-abuse mechanisms.

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

You retain all rights to your resume, profile data, and application content. By using Aplyqk, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit this content for the sole purpose of providing the service.

Aplyqk's software, branding, and design are owned by Veer Kumar. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Aplyqk is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that you will receive interview invitations, job offers, or any specific outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers based on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Aplyqk in the 90 days preceding the claim.

You can terminate your account anytime from Settings → Danger Zone. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice when feasible.

On termination, all access ends immediately. Data retention follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they conflict with this section.
